• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened or used products are eligible for exchange only, subject to inspection.
• Returns must be accompanied by the original order confirmation and packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
